Wedding Projects
So right before the wedding, I bought white vinyl from Provo Craft. It comes wrapped up in a package with 2 sheets that are 12" x 24". I did not use the Gypsy to cut this project but used it to set the size that I wanted. Followed the suggested cutting instructions: The settings used were blade depth at 6 and pressure at 2. this just cuts the white vinyl and leaves the backing liner uncut. I did use transfer tape. If help is needed, go to the Cricut website or do a search for more instructions
The bride and groom was cut from Stretch You Imagination on page 74 and used the silhouette feature at 11.5" and this is how it looked after removing it from the mat with me cutting around
The Mr & Mrs was cut from Tie the Knot on page 62.
The "just married" was cut from Sweethearts cartridge on page 65 with the shift key used for this image. I did have to release a few areas that were tacked otherwise I would have the wording still attaches to the mat. I used transfer tape to attach to the car.

Autumn
WOW! I can't believe that its been almost a month since I have posted anything. I have been so busy getting things ready for a craft show but I haven't taken any pictures of the items.
A simple card to celebrate the fall colors of Autumn. A simple tree cut out and then the leaves were added scattered on the paper. Stickles add that extra sparkle.

Cardmaking, Christmas
Snowflakes from Stretch Your Imaginations were cut with the from snowflake -sand the other two were from "Joys of the Season" with Stickles added for that extra sparkle. The Joy was cut from "Plantin Schoolbook" with the end caps feature used. That way the letters were cut and the border also without having to punch out anything so that the ribbon would slip through the holes. The scalloped circle was something that I had cut before and can't remember from what cartridge that was used.

Cardmaking, Christmas
In these two cards, a few simple changes were made: The paper is behind the whole front of the card card with the snowman (Stretch Your Imagination Cartridge) and also added snowflakes. On the polar bear (Joys of the Season), I put the snowflake paper only behind the bear. Both had the same cut of "Let It Snow" from the Stretch Your Imagination cartridge using the "Card Frame" key.

Cardmaking, Christmas
When I get a new cartridge, I see what kind of projects they feature in the beginning of the handbook. This is the project featured in Stretch Your Imagination. I did change the size on this one since I didn't like the 4" size that they featured. I did Stickle the snowflakes and did have this eyelash type yarn. Also Stickled the scarf in red and colored the hat black with markers.

Happy Birthday to Someone!
Using three different papers to create this card. The Happy Birthday was fussy cut so that I could get the greeting centered and then mounted on blue card stock. The flower is cut from Stretch Your Imagination cartridge at 4 1/2" in blue and the Silhouette feature in a deep yellow, then added Stickles on that shape.

Think Spring!
Another rainy day in Ohio! Whats on my mind today is Spring! Its been a long winter around here and I really like the fresh colors of Spring. Created this card for no special person, only because! Experimenting with the sizes from Stretch Your Imagination cartridge. The lettering was done at 5" with the shadow feature run through the Swiss Dots folder. Also used a border punch for the green area. a punch for the scallop with the tulip was done once in pink, the white glues on top after it was also run through the Swiss dots folder.
