So, I guess I am not done sharing with you different Hearts for Valentine's Day. This is one of four
placemats tha I created from a book of Lynette Jensen, only used the heart part of a
tablerunner. I was able to cut strips of my scraps and it was quilted as it was stitched on a base of backing and batting. I marked the different angles that I wanted right on the backing with a erasable marker. What you do is hide the exposed
seamline with a strip going in a different direction. The binding was cut on the bias to be able to go around the curves.
