The XO was a stamp and you use a versamark ink pad that you did emboss with a clear embossing powder. Stamped on the 4.1/4" x 12" card stock and then on a printed card stock and emboss, cut just the X. A border punch was used for the lower edge.
The flower was made from a "McGill" punch (Floral Petals) six times. Shape and then mount the petals on a snowflake shape with glue.
